With Tim and Phil. The north loop followed by the south loop. Nice and sunny. Fast trails, but slippy after the previous days rain. A good route well worth repeating.

This is the blue loop, followed by the south red loop and finally the north red loop. The trails are almost 100% main made so quite gravelly and loose, but a lot of fun, with plenty of opportunities to get airborne and enjoy the ride. The views from the tops over Keswick are fantastic.

(I knew I was doing the Helvellyn & Ullswater singletrack the next day so took this nice and easy, trying to keep the heart rate below 150)
